As an ex CFO and a commercially astute and structured executive, I will share my in-depth global experience, you will have me in your corner to champion you and guide you to build a plan of action with timelines that sets out clear steps for you to follow, set targets, vision, identify wastes and risks, optimise your capacity, set up the appropriate KPI’s, and start moving forward.
